What's New
Live co-editing
Multiple team members can now open the same proposal section and edit simultaneously. Changes appear in real time, with each user's cursor visible in the editor. No more "who has the latest version?" conversations.
Inline comments and threads
Leave comments directly on any paragraph or requirement response. Tag team members, start discussion threads, and resolve comments when changes are made — all without leaving the proposal workspace.
Section-level locking
Need to ensure a finalized section doesn't get accidentally modified? Section-level locking lets proposal managers freeze completed sections while other parts are still being written.
Activity feed
A chronological activity feed shows every edit, comment, and status change across the proposal. Filter by section, team member, or time range to quickly catch up on what's changed.
Why This Matters
Government RFPs often have 5–15 distinct sections, each requiring different expertise. The traditional approach of passing Word documents back and forth creates bottlenecks:
- Writers wait for previous sections to be completed before they can start
- Reviewers work on outdated versions and provide feedback that's already been addressed
